Please give a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged for 50% of the service. No call no show policy: If you "no call no show," you will be required to pay 100% of the missed service in order to reschedule. I understand that life can happen, but communication is key, and adjustments can be made with proper communication.
